This is the first step in our medical weight loss program. After payment, you will complete a secure medical intake and meet with a licensed medical provider via telehealth. During the consultation, your medical history will be reviewed to determine if prescription weight loss medication is safe and appropriate for you. By booking this consultation, you acknowledge that if approved, participation in the medical weight loss program requires a monthly program fee. If approved, your prescription will be sent to our pharmacy partner for home delivery. Medication costs are separate. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the medical review is completed.
